Burning Fat with Bodyweight Workouts

There are many people who have self-imposed barriers to getting fit and most of the time it is due to how they look or the different feelings they have related to confidence. This low intensity workout is actually better for fat burning because your body uses fat not glucose. If you are fasting it is especially great to workout with bodyweight because you’ll be churning through the fat in a really efficient way.

Compared to power lifting in a gym where you are going to end up burning out your glucose stores, the bodyweight exercises are actually much better for fat loss. The best part is, you can do it whenever and wherever you want without the fear that anyone is watching or caring about how you look!
